If for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
We provide a hand selected, highly curated collection. Due to the limited availability of many of the items, exchanges are limited. We will make all efforts to exchange your item for another size within 30 days of purchase. If the item is no longer available a no-hassle return will be made. If an exchange is processed, you will be charged for the new shipping fees.
A few important things to know...
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must be undamaged and in original condition.
Merchandise must have all tags.
Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.
All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
You will receive the funds from a refund approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated. (This is an aspect of how the banking system works.)
Note that refunds may appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.
You must return your items to NTYLS within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. Please contact us for more details!
